Q8: Why does my e-bike vibrate and make a strange noise when accelerating?
Most commonly, this is caused by the e-bike’s powerful motor and flywheel rotation. If you
believe there is a problem with your e-bike, please take a video of your bike and reach out to our customer service team at service@engwe-bikes.com.
Q9: Can I modify the bike by myself, such as brakes, chains, gears, and generators?
We highly recommend that you make no modifications if you are not familiar with the
performance of the e-bike itself. If modification is absolutely necessary, please contact our customer service staff to verify whether your bike can be modified.
